Youth  Ministries 

Our YOU'ers have been busier than usual lately. They've put together the Spring Service Rally, which is an enormous project, bringing great ideas and great energy to the process. This YOU group is amazing! We can all be proud of this dynamic group of young people. We will honor three graduating seniors this year: Arielle Dowman, Erin Pavlin, and Christian Shade. For years we have been blessed by you, now it is time to share you with the waiting world as you begin a new chapter in your lives. Congratulations and Blessings to three very special young adults! Bi-Regi Rally Registration will be due May 19. The cost is estimated to be around $270 per person. Rally will be held in Tahlequah, Oklahoma from June 24-27. VBS August 2nd ~ 6th Mon.-Fri. 9am - Noon daily As always, volunteers are an important part of Vacation Bible School. For the fun of it this year our topic will be "Flying Monkeys." Sign up to help and see what fun this will be. Blessings from the Youth Ed Team Y.O.U. Camp and Canoe Thursday, June 3rd and Friday June 4th This overnight camp and canoe trip is a bridging activity for all high school students, incoming freshman and to create awesome memories with our graduating seniors. Flyers are available at the Teen House with details.   Childcare & Activities for children infants through 5th grade at the 9:15am and 11:00am Sunday Service, in the Sunday School, and for the Wednesday Service at 7pm Classes & activities for Teens, 6th through 12th grade at 11:00am on Sunday, Teens choir (Xenious) meets Wednesdays at 7:00pm

Attendance in the Youth Ministries continues to grow and there has never been a better time to become involved. Some of our volunteers team-teach two Sundays per month so a weekly commitment is not required. Sunday School teacher volunteers receive a free CD of the worship service and discounts at our bookstore.

     Our goal is to help children discover their spirituality and apply the teachings of Jesus in their daily lives.  Everyone is welcome here!

Nursery is available during both worship services for babies and toddlers up to age three.  Classes are conducted for Y.O.U. (Youth of Unity—grades 9-12), Uniteens (grades 6-8), and children through grade five during the 11:00 a.m. worship service.  We also have an activity hour during the 9:15 a.m. worship service for all ages.  Parents are invited to drop off their child 15 minutes before the start of services.  Of course, parents are always welcome to join us during class time.
